FISH IN ALMOND SAUCE |

4 bream fillets 2 tablespoons lime juice salt, pepper 1/2 cup (80 gr) blanched almonds 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
cheese 40 gr butter 1/2 cup (60 gr) grated tasty cheese 1/4 cup (20 gr) flaked almonds |
1. Place fish in a single layer
in shallow glass dish, sprinkle with juice, salt and pepper, cover,
refrigerate for one hour.
