almon & Prawn Pasta

Ingredients

  • 120g pasta
  • 300g salmon
  • 10 cooked tiger prawns
  • 10 mussels (optional)
  • 75g parmesan
  • 5g dill
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 250ml double cream

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 3

 

Method

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. If you have freshly made your own pasta, cook it as you usually do.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, grate the parmesan, finely chop the dill, juice the lemon and cut the salmon into strips about ½cm thick.

3.When the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it back into the pan over a medium heat. Then add in all of the other ingredients

4. Stir everything together and cook it for about 5 minutes, until the salmon is just cooked, stirring it frequently.
