ad Thai Sauce
Ingredients and Preparation
Pad Thai Sauce: 1 1/2 cup Palm sugar 1 cup White Sugar 1 cup Tamarind concentrate 1 cup Fish Sauce add all ingredients to pot, bring to boil then let simmer 10 minutes let cool then store in bottle.
1 cup = 16 Tablespoons 1 cup is 240 ml
